the strength circle
The Strength Circle is my private PT studio in Nundah. For our sessions here you'll have all of the equipment to yourself in a comfortable & professional environment. I also run HIIT classes for those interested in improving their cardiovascular fitness whilst learning how to correctly and safely incorporate strength movements.
SSG is Brisbane's best strength training & powerlifting gym. Choose to do your sessions with me here for access to all powerlifting equipment (racks, bars & weights to competition standard) and a large range of machines. Practice what it would be like to compete here or simply enjoy training in a gym full of friendly, strong, like minded people.
